Mr. Sheng-Hung Yang

Sheng-Hung Yang was born with a severe congenital visual impairment and has participated in audio description, information technology, and cultural equity advocacy for 35 years. He has promoted the inclusion of web accessibility and the integration of national standards for assistive technologies into the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act. Yang is a lecturer on disability human rights at the National Academy of Civil Service as well as a counseling psychologist with a national license, devoted to advancing the physical and mental well-being of people in Taiwan.
